Is there a fix to eliminate the twist to the left which most A2 sight have?

Assuming your referring to the normal "canted"/ "leaning" A2 rear sight, yes, contact John Holliger at White Oay Precision here: www.whiteoakprecision.com/, he'll fix ya up.
