Need some one with exp with both and let me know what I go with, not expecting to shoot at anything beyond 300 yards, also here a trijcon site is good for moving targets, if so why?

Aimpoint definitely.

The only other option would be the EOTech.

Trijicon for moving targets?  I'm not following you there.

Some one told me this, not sure why have never used the sight so not sure how it would work.

Whoever told you that didn't know what they were talking about unless they meant that zero magnification made it easier... in which case the Trijicon was probably the only zero magnification sight they had experience with.

Any zero magnification optic will make it easier to track moving targets.

Might be a stretch at 300...the dot will cover 12" at this distance.
