Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - RAS II mounting questions

Hey all,
So, I'm 99% sure I'm going with the RAS II.  In the instructions it says to tighten screws to 20-inch pounds with a torque wrench.  Now, I don't have a 20 in/lb torque wrench.  Is it something that can be guessed at doing it by hand?  How tight is 20 in/lb?  Where would I get a 20 in/lb torque wrench?

I just put mine on, a little more than hand tight, it's rock solid, and hasn't fallen off yet.
