I have an Aimpoint Comp M that has a front lense with lots of scratches.  

Anything I can do to fix it?

While I'll resist the temptation to lecture about the proper use of lens caps, a Leupold Lens Pen is the ONLY thing that ever contacts my optic glass!

Don't know that it'll help that much in your case, but it ceratinly won't damage it any further than is currently is.......

They can be found at any quality Gun Shop.
