We will have them first quarter of '04.

This is the scope on the cover of SOF Jan '04.
Civvy designation is MK IV MR/T

Some of our Marines showed up at the Alameda county police range (CA) a couple weeks ago with this piece of glass and really turned some heads.

It's called a mid-range tactical, but has a 30mm body so it's got more clicks than a Chinese typewriter.

Available in duplex or mil-dot and illuminated. Leupold is changing the way they make their illuminated reticles for '04 in that the entire reticle is illuminated (not just the center).

Non illuminated MAP $729.00
Illuminated MAP  $859.00

we think these are really going to be popular.

happy xmas all...

there is a close-up pic of it somewhere on this website...not sure where I saw it now.

quite a coincidence...the next rifle I'm putting together is an FN SPR A3 with fluted barrel set up for the Ops Inc suppressor.  That's definately the scope I'll be using.

Will it be available with M3-style elevation turret?

You can get either M1 or M3 setup.  We prefer the M1 as it's in 1/4 MOA and the M3 is a pretty coarse 1 MOA (mostly for military work)

With the shorter eye relief and lower magnification, I assume this scope will be free of any parallax adjustment?

Could someone give the specs for this scope, such as the power, reticle choices, ect?

Thanks.  Sorry if I missed it posted earlier.

All the MR/T line are 3-9 X 36mm and are matt.
all are 30mm tube.

Options:

duplex
mil-dot
illumination
M1 or M3 BDC

all use the new "index matched lens" process.

BTW I just got my sample of the Leupold Olympic 8x42 roof prism binos and wow!  they are brighter than my Steiner roof prisms and just as sharp.  and $290.00 helps too.

ciao
