I URGE YOU TO CONSIDER THE NIGHTFORCE NP-R2 RETICLE OVER THE MIL-DOT.
WHY? THE NP-R2 RETICLE IS BROKEN DOWN INTO 2 MOA DIVISIONS VERTICALLY, AND 5 MINUTE DIVISIONS HORIZONTALLY. WITH THE NP-R2, YOU CALCULATE: (INCHES/MINUTES) X 100 ...WHICH IS A LOT FASTER AND MORE ACCURATE THAN: (YARDS/MILS) X 1000 ...AS YOU DO WITH A MIL-DOT RETICLE. WES GRANT [URL]MSTN.BIZ[/URL] |

I have the NP-R2 reticle and I'm very happy with it. It makes calculating range so easy you can do it in your head. No need for a slide range calculator or MIL-DOT master. I purchased mine from Bearbasin but I have also done business with Mike at CS Gun Works (bought another ACOG from him yesterday [:D]) Both are great companies to do business with. --RR |
