Hello
I am looking for spotting scope recomendations in the 20 to 50 power rangge for under $200.00 and am open to any brand even Russian stuff. In fact I have been given a 20 power collapsible Russin made telescope that is astoundingly good optics. So lets hear em?

My landlord (who also happens to own a gun store) has a Winchester (actual maker unknown to me) 15-50x50mm spotting scope that includes soft case, hard case, and tripod (a good one, too, not the usual POS you might expect) for $130. Looks pretty clear, and is small enough you'll actually bring it with you, instead of leaving it behind as being "too much to hassle with".
