I know this is not normal. Has anyone had this problem before? It is mounted on a #39 gooseneck  mount.

yep, call ARMS

I had an issue with my 22M68 after it's first use...

the screws loosened up.

retightened everything and used loctite, no problems since!

Same thing happened to me in the past.  Add loctite...problem solved!

Same problem after a couple of hundred rounds, nothing a little loctite didn't fix.

It is not the screws, its the piccatiny part.

Try it on a buddy's flattop receiver and see if it's loose there too.  I use the standard Aimpoint Quick Release on a #39A2+ forward rail and SIR System without this problem.
