Excuse me if this is this is a dumb question, but I am in need of some advice.

I currently have a flattop with an Eotech on it.  I want to upgrade to the SIR mid-length rail.  However, it appears in pictures that the SIR extends all the way back to cover my existing rail.  Would this not raise my Eotech up higher and possibly cause co-witness problems?

Thanks

Yes, the SIR 50 was made with the EOTech in mind!  The SIR 50/EOTech combo works great![:D]

Awesome looking rifle.

Grant and Jimbo is correct, the SIR #50 bi-level is the ticket for EOTech owners.

Wait a minute guys he said SIR "Mid-length".  That's the #58, its an "M" version, so you'll need to remove your Delta ring and springs, but iis also a Bi-level, like the #50 pictured, so if you mount the EOTech out in front of the receiver, it will co-witness perfectly.
