I know that the Aimpoint is a kickass sight, but I have a CMO IR Elite 4x21 and have used it on my M4Forgery for three years no problems. I just got a NIB model 6450 and put the scope on it. I use the 9mm just for plinking at the range and the scope works great for that purpose. Would it be worth getting an Aimpoint since the scope does the job now, or is there some added advantages to the aimpoint?

Its not the equiptment that counts but the rifleman behind it. If the Elite serves your purpose, why change it?
Aimpoints are nice but I would also take a look at the Eotechs.

Ditto the above post. If you like it, and it works for you, why buck the system?
