1) If you had to use them, how do they perform for say, man sized targest at 25-50M?

2) Could you use the AR front sight with the ACOG back up peep by removing the ACOG's front tritium blade sight?

1) SLOW

2) No

If you really want a NSN - get an Optima or Dr Optic mini red dot and mount it in place of the rear 'ghostring' and drift the front blade off.

How do you mount the Dr. optic sight on top of the NSN? Is it a custom mount? where can I get one?

... I designed and built a prototype. Couldn't generate enough interest to produce a quantity of any significance.

... Here's what mine looks like on an ACOG. I tried to keep it as close to the body as possible.

Sorry, I'm not sure where the picture is. They have, or had one that showed the Docter and the Optima mounted on a TA01NSN. When I checked last weak they had just received a new shipment of the Docter mounts. It looks just like the mount you made. SWG was the only place I knew of to get one. I would have bought one of yours. [:(]
