Yes, you'll use up the entire top receiver rail but you can do that combo.

can anybody tell me how hard or easy to install a RAS II on a RRA upper with the pressed-on break?

If you can take off your standard handguards and use a screwdriver, you're g2g.

Excellent solid setup, and you have two positions for where to mount the 19S.

I was warned about the ACOG not being mounted high enough on the standard flat top so if the 19S will mount on the RASII rail it would be all good. |

I don't think you want to mount the ACOG/19S on the RAS II rail/hump since you're not going to be able to use the eye relief.

no, it has a top and a bottom portion. No need to remove anything other than the plastic handguards.
