I ordered this Olympic Arms kit and have a question about the sight.  This will be my first AR, so on a sight like is pictured, do you still move the front sight to change elevation.  Or has the elevation been moved to the rear.  Here is another pic of the sight.

Elevation is adjusted at the front sight.

Windage is adjusted at the rear sight.

What is the rear sight elevation knob used for then?

The front sight is adjusted for battle zero at 200 yards. The rear sight is used to adjust for target range.
