I just mounted both up on my flat top.  Great set up so long as  I have the reticule switch set all the way left or right.  BUT with it in the middle 2 positions the switch ever so slightly interferes with the front of the 40.  Should I "trim" the reticule switch or the 40?  [cheesy NFL music]You make the call[/cheesy NFL music]

Jeff D.

BTW  this set up does co-witness.

I had to trim the reticle selector on the Hakko I used to own. Take your time and buzz it with a Dremel tool and refinish with Birchwood Casey's Aluminum Black. BTW, other than being a pain to sight in, the Hakko is an AWESOME sight!
