When the reflex 2 is mounted with the arms#15 (flat-top throw lever mount) and has the required spacer, should the aiming point sit right on the top of the front site post?

After installing the 3/16" spacer from arms, the tritium aiming point now sits right on the top/middle of my front post. My front post is a little high, but was wondering if this is standard?

I have a higher profile thumb knob flattop mount, and it puts the aiming point about 1/2 the heigth of the front post ABOVE the top of the post.

Wondered what others have experienced with this.
