who has one, and how good does it work, yup, i know it is bulky, not a problem, and yes i know it is heavy too, but how far can i see at night with one, and is it a good all around scope or what

Works well for a Gen II, when using the daylight filter I can hardly see the reticle though.  A Gen III will be clearer, any Gen I is next to useless in my opinion, it's a good compromise between price and performance.  I got one I want to sell if you're interested [:)]
