FYI, I have not actually seen one yet, but the pictures make them look pretty big compared to the other ACOG scopes. That may be something to think about. Watch-Six

The BAC feature makes it fast regardless of the magnification. It doesn't matter if it's 2x or 5.5x.

It is really a personal taste issue I think. I'd recommend try before you buy if you can.
For example, my dominant eye does the switch to the magnified view almost immediately. I had to kind of train my brain not to do that as firing while advancing was kind of disorienting at first (3.5x magnification of your bounce as well as the target). It was easy enough to overcome with training; but you have to train. |
