I bought an aimpoint for my Colt and now feel like getting another one for my FAL. Has anyone used an aimpoint on the FAL (with the ARMS 3 mount)? If so, did you like it and where did you mount it (halfway, all the way forward, etc.). Any problems with the ejected brass hitting the aimpoint if it was mounted all the way forward?

Thanks!

Not exactly sure this is what you mean.  I had this for a while but changed to a Reflex for a variety of reasons, none of which were negative from the Aimpoint which worked fine.

On the top picture you can see my FAL with the Aimpoint mounted, I did not like it as much as the IOR M2 which i can take advantage of the 7.62 a bit better then the Aimpoint.  since I would not use the FAL as my CQB gun, I decided to mount the IOR instead.

One the bottom picture, you see where the brass marks the dust cover on the FAL, I did not have any problem with brass hitting the FAL with neither optic.

P.S> all the guns posted are airsoft toys.
