Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - laser boresighters

Has anyone used the LaserLyte boresighters or others that get inserted into the muzzle?  I'm wondering whether they effectively eliminate the hassles of adjusting sights, scopes, and laser sights (which normally seems to require a bench rest and live fire).  Any issues that might get swept under the rug in ads?  Thanks.

We use one at the shop..I forget the brand name, but it helps get rid of all the course adjustment one would do at the range.  You are usually within 2-3 inches of dead center at 25 yards.

Its a supplement, but not a replacement for bench rest zeroing your rifle.
