can I use the improved battle zero with an ARMS swansleeve?

I think so. I've been using two and haven't noticed any problems, yet.

Of course.  But don't use the M4 Spacer on the mount (if using an Aimpoint CompM or M2) it'll put the sight too high because of the rail on top of the rail.

Works like a charm. My Aimpoint and iron sights are both zeroed at 50yards/200meters.

Fine tuning the irons at 200m is a little daunting with the ARMS large aperature, but it can be done.
