Can anyone tell me of a dealer with a web site who stocks the whole ARMS line. I'm specifically looking for  a 35qd with high rings. However, I have other projects in mind and would like a dependable source.

Look for a post by EagleFirearms under Accessories on the Equipment Exchange.  He has a lot of ARMS stuff in stock - perhaps not what you're looking for - but it would be worth it to ask.
