Will the EOTech 550 "AA" Battery version fit on my Bushy Shorty Flattop and allow enough room for an ARMS #40 BUIS?

Also, are the EOTech products made here in the USA - if not, where?

The 552, which is the AA battery version will fit fine on any flat top receiver and still have room for an ARMS #40.
