Where can i get a bolt on Picatinny Rail to fit the full lenght(6 INCH) bottom of my M4 handgaurds??

If you've got mega-bucks that's the RIS/RAS/SIRS stuff. Bushmaster has a nice upper for $935 complete.

I figure you're looking for something more along the lines of $90.

Give Falcon Industries a call and tell them what you want.  They can do a custom length rail for you.

I use the rail from Advanced Armament ([url]http://www.advanced-armament.com/ar-15.html[/url]).  The rail is perfect for a vertical grip or flashlight.  Rail alone is $25.

I use a bolt on GG&G rail on my M4, and it holds the GG&G vertical grip and light perfectly.  A rather stout setup IMHO, but a little pricey.
