OK, second time around.  You guys have been so very helpful in getting me the perfect gear, but no one has touched this one.  Here goes again:  Have a Bushy flattop upper.  Want to be able to mount my CMO Elite IR scope on there (it is the model with the Weaver mount).  It is too low.  How high does it need to be, what would be the best QD mount (I'm thinking of an ARMS 19 as it would be versatile with other things).  How much would the ARMS 19 raise the whole setup?  Suggestions please, or if I need to provide more info, I'll be happy to.  Thank ya'll,

I too am looking for flat-top mounts.  There's plenty of good info in this forum if you keep looking.  The A2 sights are about 1.5" above the flat-top, so you'll need to ensure that your scope axis is at least that high.

Scott, I'd like something versatile, on/off no (or little) change in zero.  I was thinking of the ARMS 19, but I don't know if it would be high enough.  So I would need the center line of the scope to be 1.5" above the flattop?  Thanks,
