Hi,

Does anyone make a blade-type rear sight for an AR for attaching on a flat top receiver?

I simply like the traditional blade-type rear sight better than a peep sight.

I couldn't find one in Brownells.

Thanks.

You could use the ARMS 40 and add the Meprolight night sights.  They have a version with blade rear for the large aperature and a true small aperature for longer distance shots.

thanks DevL.  I'm not familiar with the ARMS 40.  Where can I find one?

MSTN or SableCo both here on the boards have them.

The ARMS 40 is the most ubiuqitous flip up rear sight that uses standard iron flip type aperatures used by AR15.com members and the US military.
