Do I need a risor to do this, my Bushy M4 has a front sight and I have my Eotech on the way.

No, you don't need a riser for this.  I have an EOtech on my Bushy carbine with the front sight.  When you are using the EOtech, you'll never even know the front sight is there.  Happy shooting.

You will see the front sight in the lower 50% of your EOTech window, it is no big deal.  LikePhred said, you won't notice it much.

You can mount the EOTech on a rail such as the ARMS #38 SWAM sleeve, but this will raise the sight enough that you will not be able to co-witness. then again, in an emergency, you should transition to your back up instead of trying to flip up your back up iron sight.
