can anyone identify the mount used on this ACOG in the attached pictures

I believe that is a factory ACOG mount. I have heard Trijicon made some ACOGs just for M14/M1A rifles. This would aprear to be one. If I am wrong someone will point it out,

Is that mount available?
If so, where and general price range?
I have four M14 mounts. Two ARMS 18 and two BPT mounts.
I do however have a ACOG scope.
