Magpul makes the Ranger plate. Here's a pic from their site:

The C Products LLC Ranger plates are not the same as the MagPul Ranger plates. I saw them at the Shot Show and they are a different design.
ETA: They look more like the DL Sports plates than they do the MagPul plates. http://www.dlsports.com |

I just received one from C Products. It is more symmetrical in shape, like a D ring floor plate.
It works very well. I can take a pic if somebody else wants to post it. |

So will the MagPul Ranger plates fit on the CProducts mags? I know they have a MagPul derived proprietary follower, but I was kind of hoping standard Ranger plates would work.

The Magpul ranger plates should work with no problem with our aluminum magazines. After we have sent the Stainless Steel mags to Magpul for testing we will post the results.

The floorplate loop molded or formed as part of the magazine floorplate is part of two utility patents we hold. C-Products was nice enough to work with us on licensing before they started their project but D&L sports is in no way licensed by Magpul. Other than that I can say no more right now. |
