Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Colt alloy follower wear

My old Colt 20 rd mags with alloy followers are wearing in the front of the "larger hump", it looks like from the bolt striking it... there's a small chunk missing.
Is this normal?

All 20 round USGI alloy followers will show that wear mark after use.  100% normal.

dont worry about them much till they start disappearing.
