Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Selling Pre-ban Mags to those in Restricted States

Is it an AR15.comer's duty to sell his pre-ban mags to those in NY or other states that have a state ban in effect? I live where I can use any mags sold, and I occasionally see a thread looking for or selling pre-ban mags.

Would it be a public service to sell my stamped pre-09/94 mags for the replacement cost of new post-ban ones?
