How does these compare to Okay mags? Quality?

And what's the difference between D&H grey teflon mags and D&H dry film mags?

The teflon is superior to the dry film, and the D&H teflon mag is one of the best on the market.  IIRC, the reason Uncle Sam hasn't switched it that it would be quite costly to conduct a "performance test comparison" between the two, and it would be difficult to justify the expenditure.

i have dsg and d&h, both work fine in my bushy.

DSG Arms mags are made by D&H, I have several of their grey and black teflon finish mags.

They're great but I'm continuously upgrading mine with Magpul followers.
