I have seen various folks asking about the Thermold-type mags you sell.

There have been no answers so far. D&D in Wilson, NC; not to be confused with D&H; has not been around for some time so who makes these and what material is used?

Are they Zytel which was strong and heat resistant or some other plastic/polymer?

I have seen pictures of the ProMag knock-off and they are not the same unless ProMag changed the style a bit.

The Wilson Thermolds and the Canadian Thermolds are both preban, and are both good in my opinion.  The U.S. made Thermolds will say Wilson on the bottom, and the Canadian Thermolds have a maple leaf on the side.  Supposedly the Candian Thermolds will melt, however, I have yet to melt one while shooting all day in the hot Texas sun.

The Promag verion is a noban version.  And although I have never used one, the reputation of just about anything Promag makes is pretty bad.
