I've been buying USGI mags here and there and when I go to use them, it seems one out of every three or four FTFs.  I'm guessing tired springs, cause when I change the spring for a new one, the mag works fine.  I have since exhausted my supply of new mag springs and was wondering if the Wolff mag springs are the way to go for a fresh supply of new mag springs.  Thanks.

I like the Wolff springs but I like the Chrome Silicon springs that ComputerGuy sells on the EE.  I've found he's cheaper and I can get the exact number of springs that I want.  I try to do even numbers when I rebuild/refinish a lot of mags, 10 or 20 but sometimes I find bad mag bodies so I end up doing 16 or 14.  ComputerGuy lets me order that exact amount .  Plus he has followers too so I can get it all in one nice package

Just got seven of the EE for $10 per.  Center mags in the wrapper, showing some transport wear, green followers, and LEO marked -> Whoopie, I could really care less, as long as they work.  Gotta get them out and test them, though.
