My guess is NHMTG, known mainly by their previous name, Okay Industries.

Aren't they the sub-contractor that supplies Colt?

Blowing up the picture shows the CAGE Code is 33710, which is OKay's code.

BTW, they make Colt marked mags.  So, all you guys that pay a premium for "genuine Colt mags" could have had twice as many Okays.

And OKays are no better than any other USGI mag (with the exception of Cooper Ind).
