That would be a negative on GP shipping Perma Slik through the mail. I placed my order online Monday night, and had it to ship USPS, got an email today from GP saying that USPS was a no go.  They tell me it has to be shipped via UPS, even though their web page says Fedex. Just in case anyone wanted to know.
