I see lot of places that sell the LULA for $23.0 plus shipping. Is anyone out there selling these things for less ? At the least, free shipping

I get mine at the local gunshows for $20 OTD, but you could try ordering from Denny - $21.95 plus $1.00 shipping:

AIM Surplus has messed up and listed them for $9.95 in their last 2 catalogs, but its still $19.95 on their site.
