How do you re-install the spine/spring leaf on a 20 round magazine that holds a colt AR-15" magazine floor plate? I think its originally staked by rivets, but i dont know where to find that small, around 1mm diam. thanks

The bottom rivet in my Favorite range mag finally let go after years of faithful service. I took a piece of 1/16" aluminum welding rod about 1/4 inch long and peened a head on one end. This is the inside end of the new "rivet". Support it from the inside, trim and peen it secure and there ya go! Since all three are gone on your mag, lightly peen all three in place, then finish peen the middle rivet first. That will insure proper alingment. Make sure your mating surfaces are clean and dry before reassembly.
