Yes, the two colts are clearly marked Restricted law enforcement, government, export use only and have dates after 94. I kept the crushed colt mags, make good paper weights at least.
The 17 center industrys mags had big lettering almost all the way down the side of the mag that said the same thing and were dated post 94. I remember one I saw was even a 02.
