Is it aganced the law to ship Hi cap mag like for hand guns over the canda border? I cant see spending a 100 bucks on a hi cap mag here when i know i could get them in canada for 1/3 of the price.BUT I DON'T WANT TO GO TO JAIL IF ITS UNLAWFUL.

Bringing hi-cap magazines into the country requires some import license mumbo jumbo together with proof that it was manufactured before the ban and was in the continous possession of a foriegn military.

Sure it's illegal, in addition it's probably a post ban manufactured mag so that's a felony also.

LOL I have been in Canadian Tire stores and there are butler creek 10/22 hi-caps just sitting on the shelves for around $ 10 US, it's a terrible temptation.

Canada has a 10 round magazine limit for handguns of any kind.
