Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Question about silicon chrome springs and storage for Troy

I have a Question for Troy or any of you Guys who have been at this a while. I am buying some of the new silicon chrome springs and my question is this. I have heard that leaving a mag loaded with a strong spring for an extended period of time will cause the feed lips to expand thus trashing a good mag. Anybody else hear this? Your thoughts would be apreciated!!
