Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Removing rust ?

I picked up a stack of old mags that I'm going to refinish. While inspecting them, I noticed a little bit of light rust in some hard to get at areas like the rivets and along the floorplate spring. The rust is not causing any structural problems from what I can see, it's mostly cosmetic. What is the best to remove this before I start my refinishing project ?
