I am trying to find a clip on style magazine pouch.  I have seen some nylon and kydex ones, but no one has ever been able to remember where they purchased them.  These would be for LE use.  Not for SWAT, but for the regular guys that deploy with the rifles.  Something they can clip to their belt when the rifle is deployed.
