Looks like a USA. Generally unless it says British or SA80 it isnt.

i bet there D&E mag, dont ask me who D&E is i got 12 mags for a highpower the were labeld D&E the cot all of the d&E stock. i had never heard of the company i would rank them about the same as usa. the highpower mags i received function but i dont trust my life on them. CDnn brit mags say english defence mags. Ronald

Went to the Gibraltor Gun Show this weekend and this guy was trying to sell Perma Silk G'd
USA mags complete with the "Navy Seal Drain Holes(lol!)off as Brand new USGI mags.

I see a fruitless trend approaching.
