Moved to this section:

Besides the knife from Gary Olen's Sportman's Guide, I ordered a 20-rd. and a 30-rd. magazine for the 2003 SEBR for conversion and because I don't know how long these will be available.
Besides the two 10-rd. mags that come with the gun, I WILL order the ArmaLite magazines later, but, I wanted to get the 30-rd. for fun and pictures .

Aren't there some threads about conversion of the M1A mags to make them functional in the AR10?
Am I going to have a problem with these ones I ordered, even if they're just for the range or plinking?
Anybody have the cheapies and make 'em work?
Help, please.

I've never tried them. Just buy them and strip and smash'm to stay legal. I don't think you need to smash'm, but they take up less room that way. The sheet steel alloy must be crap like the imported Mini 14 mags. Just to soft and easy to bend. I suppose a person could try an convert'm, but I'd rather just get the conversion mag kits.
