these were marked only on the wrapper cage 6p199
date 4/91 black followers.

Actually, not all Center mags were stamped with a date. I have a bunch that were not, and it's been discussed here before as well. In the early 90's for some odd reason they (Center) failed to mark a load of mags. Perhaps you have a bunch of those. And if memory serves me correctly, I believe mine were from 91 as well. New in wrap with just the dates on the wrap and no dates on the mags.

Yes, I bought some Centers NIW too, only cage code, no dates.  Black followers.
