I was poking through an army surplus store recently and among the many mags they had, they had one Okay Industries mag marked  Restricted Military/Gov't/Law Enforcment/ Exportuse only.   With a manufacter dat of 10/99.  I'm assuming these are ILLEGAL for civilians to own(me). Please correct me if I'm wrong.  The mag was $18.00 and was NEW.
