Is there a way to do it? that cross-pin doesn't want to budge...can this mag be dis-assembled without destroying it?

Can it's capacity be increased?

You can't disassemble it without permamently modifying it.  That's a specific part of it's design.  If you want a higher-capacity mag, buy one.
