Which way do you guys store magazines in the GI 3 mag pouches, rounds up or rounds down?

Ammo down when the mag is loaded; tops up when the mag is empty.  That way you always know which one to grab for a fast reload[:D]

I guess it doesn't matter much on the range but crawling in the mud I would want my ammo down. Faster more simple pull and lock and load with the ammo down.  

I don't wear a helmet so I don't think I care for tapping them on my head. [:D]

Whe I was in we were taught "bottoms up when you're loaded".
