I think I read were the bodies are legal to ship, I also remember something to the effect you could ship a Mag disassembled and it was legal also, "But Don't Quote Me on That One" it has been along time ago when I read that.

Sorry bud I don't know anyone or anyplace.
Might want to check with 79Transam on the Equipment Exchange Board AR15 Magazines Topic he might know or have some for you.

You can send anything you want to CA.  You're not bound by an CA laws if you're in NC.  You're bound by federal and NC laws only.
