looking to buy a few 20 & 30 round USGI or quality mags, located in WV. What should I look for when I go to a local show so I don't waste my money?

Your best bet is to get a bulk deal on NIW mags at a gun show.
The "bins-o-mags" have been picked clean of good mags years ago.
If you must do the "bins", look for bent/cracked feed lips, dents &missing floorplate tabs.

I would just contact Steve [url=http://www.ar15.com/forums/topic.html?b=7&f=24&t=117311]here[/url] and get some NIW USGI's from him. The stuff he sells is top notch and brand new in the wrapper. Shipping is fast. Steve is great to deal with. When your life depends on your equipment use the best you can get.
